Our craftsmanship is our signature. From bake to plate, we put everything into our recipes, so that you get perfectly baked bread.
We use recipes that have been handed down for decades – classic or modern, we bake bread with heart and soul. Baking’s an art, but it’s also a science. At its best, it’s brilliant, delicious and gives us a little bit of comfort.
But it also takes time, dedication and a lot of practice.
And time and patience go hand in hand with our bakes. Finding the best ingredients. Mixing them into fantastic dough. Proving that dough for longer. Resulting in fabulous bread. We know it’s worth it. And that’s why we love what we do. And we hope you do too.

There are two key ingredients that run right through the centre of all our breads: passion and heart. Put simply, we love bread! From the nutty taste of a rustic bloomer to the simplicity of a white tin loaf, there’s a place for all breads great and small in our hall of fame of great bakes!
Take a traditional Ciabatta, mash it up in a sourdough process, and slice it. And there you have it - our unique Ciabattin. Quite frankly the bread that will become your go to for all occasions.

A tasty, healthy alternative to the classic Ciabattin, this seeded bread combines sunflower seeds, linseeds and spelt to make our unique seeded version.
Make your favourite sandwich, simply toast it with butter, or top it with some smashed avocado and a poached egg… the possibilities are endless!
It’s clear our seeded Ciabattin is both versatile and healthy.
Get our classic Ciabattin. Replace some of the water in the dough with one ofour favourite local craft beers and the result is a little bit tasty.
Craft beer Ciabattin. Subtle hints of sourdough with a rich, hoppy taste. Goes together superbly with artisan cheese, or pair it toasted with your favourite pâté for the ultimate lunch.
We think it makes a fantastic savoury toast or sandwich.
I’m Jason Geary and baking is in my DNA. As a fourth generation baker, I grew up with my grandfather’s baking recipes, lovingly hand crafted and refined down the years. When it came to joining the family business, there was only one job I wanted – a baker!
From honing and continuing the master craftsmanship of my grandfather, to coming up with new recipes to reflect the modernity and innovation that’s the hallmark of our bakery - I love my job and I love what we do.
